Job summary

HCA Florida Northside Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to oversee nursing care delivery, coordinate unit functions, and partner with management to monitor quality and patient experience.

The CNC will coach staff, support admissions and discharges, and collaborate with leadership to drive improved patient outcomes and a best-practice nursing environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
• No Travel Required
• 1 year experience required

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:
