Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high quality patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care and serves as a staff resource to support an exceptional patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, and work with leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date
• BCLS within 30 days of start date
• Associate Degree, or RN Diploma
• (APRN) APRN, or (RN) RN
• 1 year of experience required

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• 1 years' experience Required Years of Experience
