Touchstone Climbing is seeking an Assistant Comp Team Coach for The Studio in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on developing a positive climbing program for junior athletes, delivering engaging coaching and helping grow Team Touchstone.

The position emphasizes hands-on coaching, curriculum creation, and collaboration with fellow coaches to ensure an exceptional climber experience, with starting pay at $21 per hour and a range of benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in bouldering, top rope and lead climbing.
• Patience and passion for working with kids at varied ability levels.
• Creative, fun approach to climbing instruction and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other coaches to provide an exceptional team experience for climbers.
• Create high quality training curriculum and programming for Team Touchstone.
• Assist in coaching Team Touchstone at Touchstone facilities.
