Job summary

Qualifications

  • Hiring, training, evaluating and supervising staff experience.
  • Experience with climbing equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises planning, organization and implementation of climbing programs.
  • Hires, trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates staff.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and safety procedures.
  • Maintains climbing wall and equipment; ensures participant safety.
  • Assists with promotions and social media content for programs.
  • Coordinates with marketing and staff for program assessment and growth.
  • Performs department duties as assigned.
