Qualifications

• 2+ years of climbing experience required.
• CPR/First aid certification is a plus, CWI, AMGA or similar certification highly desired.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for employees, members and guests.
• Assist with payroll, reporting, and meeting goals.
• Oversee retail stock and inventory management.
• Ensure staff are trained and knowledgeable.
• Support incident reporting and safety protocols.
