Qualifications

• 2+ years of climbing experience required.
• CPR/First aid certification preferred.
• CWI, AMGA, or similar certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive environment for all members and staff.
• Manage staffing and scheduling including hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth operational flow and outstanding customer service.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Lead location and brand events planning and execution.
