Bartlett Tree Experts in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a professional tree care crew. The role centers on tree climbing and supporting Arborist Crew Leaders in providing residential and commercial tree and shrub services.

You will perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties, learn safety rules, and contribute to a safety-first culture while advancing in a company that promotes from within and offers extensive training.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation in tree care.
• Physically able to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Commitment to safety rules and Bartlett safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Safely execute pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment with care; follow safety protocols.
• Support Arborist Crew Leaders in delivering high-quality tree and shrub care.
