Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew on residential and commercial properties in Marshall, VA. You will climb trees and assist Crew Leaders with all tree and shrub care tasks in a professional, safety-first environment.

The role requires climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work year-round outdoors. We offer comprehensive benefits, company-provided PPE, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety rules and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessment, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Support training and professional development through Bartlett resources.
