Bartlett Tree Experts in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree-care crew, focusing on climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial properties.

The role requires at least one year of climbing and aerial lift experience; valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred). You will perform pruning, removals, risk assessments, and other tree care tasks.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of assignments.
• Identify trees, perform risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly.
• Learn, follow safety rules and company safety policies.
