The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a dynamic Climbing Arborist Crew Leader in Solon, OH. This role directs a crew and equipment, plans daily tasks, and performs specialized arboricultural care for clients in a demanding outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Outdoor enthusiasm and physical fitness.
• Ability to complete safety and orientation programs on hire.
• Led or assisted crews in tree care operations.
• Strong tree care judgment and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs crew members and equipment for tree care tasks.
• Plans and executes assigned work ensuring safety protocols.
• Oversees pruning, removal of deadwood and installation of support systems.
• Mentors crew members through the Davey Career Development Program.
• Maintains tools and equipment including chainsaws and lifts.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
