Job summary

L and T Tree Services LLC in Minnesota is looking for a motivated Tree Climber with aerial lift experience to join our growing team. You will perform removal and pruning tasks safely, follow job orders, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year climbing and lift experience, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. We provide training and all climbing equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year climbing experience.
• Minimum 1 year aerial lift experience.
• ISA arborist preferred but not required.
• Good understanding of tree care safety standards.
• Knowledge of intermediate and advanced rigging techniques.
• Strong communication and leadership with mentoring ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain CPR certificate.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform removal and pruning tasks per work order.
• Display positive attitude and teamwork.
• Assess job site safety and recognize work hazards.
• Inspect and assess tree health, risks and provide recommendations.
• Tree identification.
• Equipment maintenance such as chain saws, blowers, trucks, and trailers.
