The Senior Program Manager for the Center for Climate Resilience at the University of Pennsylvania manages a portfolio of research, policy, and public outreach projects. Bachelor of Arts and 5–7 years of experience required.
Demonstrated project management experience: planning, milestones, multiple concurrent projects.
Strong organizational and written/interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work across research, administrative, and external-facing work with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage planning and execution of research, policy, and outreach projects; track scope, deliverables, milestones, and timeline.
Coordinate staff, students, and external collaborators; ensure milestones are met.
Prepare route agreements, contracts, and awards; monitor budgets and expenditures.
Lead fundraising efforts; prepare proposals with development offices; liaise with SP2 and DAR.
Coordinate seminars, working groups, and public events; support staffing and onboarding.
