Greentown Labs in Houston seeks a hands‑on Manager, Partnerships to manage a portfolio of partner accounts, drive retention, activation, and engagement, and coordinate with the broader Partnerships team. You will own delivery, renewals, and data accuracy across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes a hybrid on‑site presence in Houston three days per week, with travel as needed, and offers a base salary range of $70,000–$75,000 plus a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience: 4–6+ years of progressive experience in partnership, account, or member‑relationship management, with delivery and retention in your name
• Account Management: Track record managing partner or client accounts day to day, including renewals, with support from a broader team
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; concentrations in business, sustainability, or a related field a plus
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the organization to partners and stakeholders
• Mission: Real climate and energy interest with substance, able to name programs, startups, or technologies rather than express general enthusiasm
• Organization: Strong account and project‑management discipline; fluent with CRM tools like Salesforce or comparable, plus Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• In‑Person: Comfort with a hybrid on‑site presence at our Houston location, three days a week and more as needed for partner engagements, with travel to Somerville as the work requires
• Preferred: Familiarity with the climatetech, energy, or built‑environment ecosystem; experience managing enterprise or member accounts
