Prime Coalition seeks a Director of Partnerships to grow philanthropic, catalytic capital through sustained relationships with high-net-worth individuals, DAF holders, family offices, and other philanthropists who want to use investment tools alongside grants.

The ideal candidate has 10-12+ years in fundraising and partnerships, with a proven track record of multi-million gifts, and strong leadership and data-driven decision making in climate finance.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of fundraising, partnerships, impact investing, philanthropy experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management in remote or hybrid environments.
• Proven track record of securing multi-year, multi-million dollar gifts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising tools and CRMs (Raiser's Edge preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct the Partnerships team to meet ambitious annual fundraising targets (7-figures) across Prime catalytic capital opportunities.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of philanthropic partners (DAF holders, UHNWIs, family offices) aligning with Prime’s mission.
• Oversee donor engagement tracking across portfolios and CRM records for timely engagement.
• Guide prioritization and diversification of engagement across foundations, major donors, family offices, and corporate giving.
• Use data and market insights to inform strategy and optimize fundraising efforts.
• Lead fundraising campaigns for key programmatic initiatives.
• Support Chief Growth Officer in strategic initiatives and external representation.
• Oversee a team of 2-5 members and collaborate with senior leadership.
