Job summary

All In Energy, a nonprofit advancing climate and racial justice, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Merrimack Valley Renew program from Lawrence, MA. The role combines remote work with in-person collaboration, overseeing a large portfolio and coordinating with multiple partners.

You will translate program materials, manage inquiries, and ensure DOER contract alignment while supporting contractors and customers in a hybrid Lawrence-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project/program management experience with goal-setting, strategic planning, performance analysis, and accountability.
• Experience managing complex external stakeholder or inter-organization projects.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions for the scope of work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep tasks, records, and systems organized.
• Creative problem-solving ability to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and strategic oversight for Renew; ensure alignment with community needs and DOER contract.
• Serve as liaison with the funder (DOER) and coalition partners; recruit Mass Save Home Performance Contractors.
• Coordinate reporting, invoicing, and budget management with Finance and DOER; manage microsite and data accuracy.
• Support Customer Action Manager with translations and local presence in Lawrence; ensure wraparound customer support.
