Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a dependable Third Shift Assistant Clifford Machine Operator in Garrett, IN. You will support third shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with hands-on training.

The role requires reading cut sheets, using measurement tools, and assisting with machine setup while maintaining quality and safety standards. Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 10pm–6am, paying $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read measurements and technical documents.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting.
• Experience with welding or using a cutting torch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the complete operation of the Clifford machine
• Manually place strips of grating into machine to be welded
• Read and follow cut sheets accurately
• Fill out daily production reports
• Read and use a tape measure correctly
• Change dies and assist with machine setup
• Adjust machine controls as needed during production
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
