Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Recommends merchandise selections or helps locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintains pricing, promotions, and visual standards; supports replenishment activities.
• Promotes MAPS principles and offers a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensures a fast and efficient register experience and handles payments, coupons, returns, and exchanges.
• Signs up clients for reward programs and builds client relationships through clienteling.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness, floor sets, and visual presentations as directed.
