Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Document all service activities accurately and timely per regulations.
• Maintain daily logs and records.
• Transport clients in agency vehicle to and from services.
• Monitor client safety across physical, medical, behavioral needs.
• Keep vehicles in safe operating condition and maintain confidentiality.
