Wellington Management in Boston is seeking a Client Integration (CI) Manager to oversee planning, coordination and oversight of client and fund lifecycle events within CTS and Global Operations. You will manage transition events, including new mandate fundings, terminations, and asset-in-kind flows, with a focus on risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in investment management, deep knowledge of custody, fund administration, and derivatives, plus strong leadership and communication

• 10+ years in the investment management industry.
• Broad knowledge of investment processes and operational topics, including custody operations, fund administration, and derivatives.
• Excellent organizational, project planning and execution skills.
• Able to lead client events and drive consensus among parties.
• Strong business judgment and risk awareness with ability to balance competing objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
