Job summary

Meriplex is seeking an IT Manager to oversee a client-focused MSP team, directing operational execution, budgets, and customer retention. The role requires frequent travel to client sites (5 days/week) and alignment with Meriplex’s technical standards.

You will act as SME to clients and drive strategic initiatives with vCIO and Account Managers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT service delivery with leadership experience and ITIL certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT service delivery experience with leadership responsibilities
• ITIL certification preferred
• Healthcare IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for assigned client and drive MSP delivery
• Roadmap client success and align with vCIO/Account Managers
• Lead and mentor a team, manage budgets and time tracking
• Facilitate client-facing operational meetings and evaluations
• Ensure SLAs and contractual commitments are met
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities
• Develop tailored technical solutions aligned with client goals
• Maintain client network, systems documentation, and SOPs
• Escalate issues as primary client escalation point
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
