Qualifications

Experience in trust administration, estate settlement, probate, banking, legal services, or a related field preferred.
Paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Positive, professional attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Ability to work effectively with multiple people and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Support Trust Officers with trusts, estates, guardianships, and fiduciary accounts.
Assist with estate settlement, asset collection, account maintenance, distributions, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, accountants, and internal team members.
Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and account paperwork.
Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate records.
Manage multiple priorities while supporting several team members.
Travel between Cypress Bank & Trust locations as needed.
