Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead local business development activities to promote the Bank’s products and services and develop full banking relationships.
• Identify and originate new commercial and personal relationships while managing key market relationships.
• Manage the goals for loans, deposits, and business lines.
• Cross-sell Treasury Management, deposit products and referrals to partners.
• Represent the Bank at industry events and promote its services and community commitment.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act/AML regulations and maintain proper records.
