Job summary

Gateway BHS seeks a dedicated caregiver to assist residents in a 24/7 group home in Savannah, GA. You will support daily living activities, monitor health and safety, and help residents achieve independence and community participation.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with treatment teams, and following agency policies. Must have HS Diploma or GED, CNA or related experience, and a valid GA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CNA certification or Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of direct care or human services experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and support in a residential setting.
• Assists with activities of daily living, meal planning, and transportation.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and reflects changes to plans in documentation.
