Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant client service experience.
• Ability to obtain required FINRA/IAR licenses within specified timelines.
• Knowledge of financial services products and services.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client interactions including converting service calls to sales opportunities.
• Prepare Financial Advisors for presentations and client meetings.
• Process paperwork, set up accounts, and manage routine clerical tasks.
• Transact on behalf of advisors and support the Client Relationship Manager.
• Ensure information gathered meets compliance requirements.
• Liaise between Product Specialists and Financial Advisors on recommendations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to boost industry and product knowledge.
• Maintain FINRA/other licenses up to date.
