SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Ohio is seeking a Client Support Specialist to back the Commercial Lines team. You will process audits, endorsements, renewals, and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and timely servicing for carrier and client accounts.

You'll collaborate with Commercial Account Managers and Producers, maintain files in AMS360 and ImageRight, and support certificate requests while upholding high service standards. A strong eye for detail and organization is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of Commercial Lines P&C experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license mandatory.
• Proven ability to use AMS360 and ImageRight for policy servicing.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
