Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a Client Support Representative in New York to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. You will provide professional, courteous service while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, updating records, and handling general clerical tasks. No legal experience required; a friendly, proactive attitude is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Must work onsite five days per week at 535 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10017.

• Participate in training and remain current on firm processes, procedures, and service standards.
