Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL, a leading personal injury law firm in New York, seeks a Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support settlement processes and negotiate claims under attorney supervision.

Candidates should have 2+ years in NY plaintiff PI case management and be fluent in English and Spanish; experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred. Excellent client service and coordinated teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements in NY.
• Experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably with Litify or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing New York plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with New York PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling New York bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
