Job summary

Global TekMed in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Client Support Lead to manage daily operations of the Client Support team, coach staff, and ensure top-tier service. You will oversee data entry, documentation reviews, and liaison work with third-party contractors and medical networks.

Responsibilities include running weekly meetings, audits, and KPI tracking; updating SOPs and training materials; and coordinating with management on hiring and workload balancing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of previous management experience.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Client Support Representatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails.
• Conduct file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Download/upload documents to the CRM platform.
• Lead team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and medical networks.
• Update SOPs, training materials, and SOP adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and production reports to drive efficiency.
