Job summary

ProCare Rx is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support plan benefit changes and account support for the Client Services team. You will coordinate benefit design updates, assist with new group implementations and work across departments to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.

This role emphasizes client retention and plan satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field, Pharmacy Tech or PBM experience, and

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or Healthcare preferred or equivalent背景 combining education and experience in healthcare operations.
• Pharmacy Tech or PBM experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry software.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend support of plan design and benefit configuration to the Client Services team.
• Manage plan changes, analyze changes, and implement benefit updates.
• Assist with benefit setups, testing and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with Implementation and cross-functional teams on client needs.
