Jackson Hewitt - FCS is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients and ensure an exceptional experience at our offices. You will confirm appointments, follow up with clients, and support engagement during wait times, while promoting our services and brand locally.

You will visit shops and events to recruit talent, share marketing materials, and help build a strong client and candidate pipeline using your local market knowledge and social media skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
