Jackson Hewitt - FCS is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for our offices and to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will regularly visit local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness, recruit new talent, distribute marketing materials, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and keep clients engaged during wait times.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
