Jackson Hewitt - CGH is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for all clients visiting our offices. You will engage with customers, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials.

In this role, you will provide essential support, keep clients engaged during wait times, and contribute to a positive client journey. Training and development opportunities are available as part of a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
