Jackson Hewitt - CCT is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly face for clients visiting our offices, delivering excellent service and essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and help distribute marketing materials while keeping clients engaged during wait times.
