Jackson Hewitt - CLP is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly, client-facing representative in our offices in Raynham, MA. You will confirm appointments, follow up with clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a welcoming attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while supporting the client journey with essential assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting aptitude.
