Jackson Hewitt - CLP is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for our offices, delivering excellent client experiences and essential support.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
