Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - CGH is seeking a personable Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients and ensure a positive experience at our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and help distribute marketing materials while maintaining smooth wait times.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, experience in fast-paced retail or service environments, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn.
