Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional service in our offices. You will engage with clients, answer questions, and help distribute marketing materials while maintaining a welcoming environment.

No prior experience required; we welcome all backgrounds. Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling, benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot are required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
