Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - HSF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide friendly assistance in our office.

You will engage with clients, share marketing materials, and help keep the client journey smooth while working in a welcoming retail environment with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
