Jackson Hewitt - ACK is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate in New York to warmly welcome clients, confirm appointments, and assist with inquiries. You will build friendly relationships and ensure a smooth client journey.

In this role you will engage with clients, follow up with past and potential customers, and distribute marketing materials while they wait. A customer‑focused mindset is essential to success.
