Jackson Hewitt - ACK is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate in Auburn, NY. You will be the friendly face for clients, delivering exceptional experiences and supporting appointment flow in a welcoming environment.

You will engage with clients, distribute materials, and help keep clients engaged while they wait. Training and development opportunities are provided to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
