Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for the assigned team under guidance of Ops Lead.
• Lead daily team huddles onsite and virtually; conduct one-on-one coaching.
• Monitor agent performance data and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up for new employees; manage training.
• Write and deliver annual reviews; document coaching actions in PAM.
