Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve client support tickets in HubSpot or live chat.
• Set up and maintain client accounts, vendor profiles, and configurations.
• Run audits and provide findings to the Client Success Manager.
• Join client calls to provide live support and training as needed.
• Help maintain client-facing training content and knowledge base.
