Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking an in-office Customer Service Associate in Madison to ensure compliance updates and responsive support for carriers. You will validate daily data, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with teams to deliver accurate service while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Regular 8am–5pm hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
