Oracle Health is seeking a Client Success Specialist (CSS) to maximize renewals and drive customer happiness in the Denver area. This hybrid/in-office role requires in-office presence in Denver, CO five days a week for the first six months, with a gradual shift after.

You will be responsible for promoting adoption of Oracle Health services, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow recurring SaaS revenue through renewals and upsells.

Overview

The Oracle Health Client Success and Renewals organization is responsible for customer longevity, retention, and incremental revenue growth and is hiring for a Client Success Specialist (CSS). The CSS will be responsible for maximum adoption of Oracle services and solutions and identifying/driving product usage, growth, and customer happiness. Please note, this is a hybrid/in-office role located in Denver, CO; candidates will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week for the first 6 months and Tuesday through Thursday thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Oracle Health’s revenue by ensuring efficient and seamless renewals while enhancing client satisfaction; build strong, trusted relationships that lead to high renewal rates, low downsell/churn, and identify opportunities for new growth.
• Anticipate challenges early, create strategic action plans, and position Oracle Health as the customer\'s long-term partner of choice.
• Grow Oracle Health’s recurring SaaS revenue by achieving high contract renewal rates, minimizing churn and risk of downsell, and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities.
• Foster trusted client relationships, accurately quoting, and securing renewals in advance; proactively addressing challenges before they affect client retention risk.
• Commit to accountability, problem-solving, and delivering results that safeguard and grow the business.
