Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently.
• Answer and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Send Supplies to dealerships as requested.
• Gathers information to aid customers in transferring their contract to a new owner.
• Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested.
• Process inbound mail.
• Assists Senior Account Representatives.
• Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor.
