Packard Culligan Water is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to support our Commercial & Industrial operations. You will assist with customer accounts, sales support, maintenance agreements, and project coordination to ensure exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

The role emphasizes organization, adaptability, and a passion for building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, account management, or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project coordination or project management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process admin tasks related to customer agreements, product orders, and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor expiring purchase orders, pricing agreements, service contracts, and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and provide updates to customers and the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate documentation including quotes, invoices, and customer records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations to resolve customer concerns.
