R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Client Success Representative in Spokane, WA to support our dispatch team and technicians with exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries, gather data, and schedule services while maintaining accurate CRM entries.

You will collaborate with dispatch and field staff to ensure smooth operations and timely job completion, with a culture that values community, growth, and a supportive work environment.

• Gather customer data including contact details and service needs.
• Input accurate information into company software or CRM systems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling availability.
• Route urgent calls to dispatchers or appropriate team members.
• Accurately document and update all job information in ServiceTitan.
• Support dispatch and field teams to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
