Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position of Client Success Representative requires knowledge and capabilities including general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrable experience in understanding and executing program initiative tasks.

This position's primary duties include supporting the Client Success department with:

  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Recruitment efforts related to new contract acquisition
  • Assisting with existing client program support tasks
  • Providing support to the Director level of the Client Success team for other departmental needs

This role may also involve:

  • Identifying new candidates for placement on CGS prime and subcontracts
  • Guiding candidates through security processes
  • Coordinating program kickoff and sustainment needs related to personnel and service requirements

The Client Success Representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to help identify and secure new bid work, contributing to CGS's growth in prime and subcontracting portfolios. Support in proposal phases and operational project execution may also be required.

This position is designed to serve as a direct support role to the Director level of the Client Success team.

Key duties include:

  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with opportunity details, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submissions
  • Reviewing and presenting candidate submissions to clients
  • Managing candidate pipelines through various screening and interview processes
  • Updating and enhancing CGS Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Participating in the creation and maintenance of core documentation and systems
  • Maintaining knowledge of government contracting
  • Supporting client relationship management and growth initiatives
  • Creating organic growth with existing clients
  • Contributing to deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients from bids
  • Supporting Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, and sourcing key personnel
