We’re Hiring a Client Success Relationship Manager to Join Our Team!

Vheda Health is seeking a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our Client Services team. As a Client Success Relationship Manager, you will excel in client-facing interactions and possess the ability to identify and deliver on sales and growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer, you will support successful client implementations, nurture ongoing relationships, present program value, drive account growth, and ensure client success. This role is fully remote; however, the candidate must reside in California.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and communication.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients while anticipating and understanding their needs, as well as promptly addressing concerns.
  3. Deliver impactful presentations to clients at various levels, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  4. Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  5. Partner seamlessly with internal departments such as clinical services, operations and analytics to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client expectations.
  6. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback and requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends.
  8. Engage directly with members of the community to understand their needs, concerns and preferences.
  9. Leverage community feedback to inform strategic decisions and initiatives within the organization.
  10. Maintain a strong presence in the community, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting community well-being.
  11. Travel up to 25% to client sites for in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications

  1. BA/ BS Degree or equivalent
  2. 4 years or more in a client-facing role
  3. Resides in California
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, members and stakeholders.

  1. Experience working at or with health plans, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
  2. Proactive and responsive with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  3. Confident and influential, adept at aligning team members and partners towards common goals.
  4. Skilled in initiating and driving projects to successful completion, including implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective communication of issues, reports, and deliverables.
  6. Demonstrated ambition for driving account growth and achieving client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and value.
  7. Impeccable attention to detail coupled with a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
