Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst to deliver exceptional client service and support FAs/PWAs on a daily basis in Dallas, TX. You will help cultivate client relationships, process money movements, and assist with account documentation and digital tool enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for FA/PWA/team including cultivating client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA requests.
• Answer general questions about client accounts and relay balance information.
• Enter profile data or pre-fill account documentation.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Prepare materials for client meetings using approved systems.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning.
• Support marketing efforts and website maintenance.
• Stay updated on policies and new platforms.
• Participate in training and other duties as directed by management.
